Yes, I'm here

You know you've been slacking on your blog posting when your (non-stitching) boss tells you she's tired of seeing the same picture every time she checks your blog.

Sigh.

I haven't been posting much because I haven't been stitching much. By the time I sat down to Hannah Thornbush (maybe for 1/2 hour every other night), I was so tired I'd quickly start making mistakes. Add that to the carpal tunnel flaring up again when I work "in hand", making it painful to finish my first temari (which would work up really quickly if I didn't hurt after only 5 minutes), and you get nothing much that's blog-worthy.

Except, of course, for Erin, who's now 6 months old. She wore her fancy dress for her "official" 6 month pictures.

Erin is beautiful!

Could show you similar pictures of my daughter in a cast many years ago.
Then though only the old boring white.

Glad she has adjusted. My daughter never slept more than an hour at a time while she was in the cast and even now never sleeps a whole night. The only difference now is that I do not
have to get up with her now.

Hope she continues to do well!

Don't fret too much over the stitching...you will get back to it soon enough! Erin is such a doll, I would not get any stitching done because I would have to sit and play with her all the time!! Enjoy!

Darling!

Thank you for sharing the reason you aren't stitching as much (besides the carpel tunnel, of course).

Rest and enjoy. The needles and threads will wait for you.

What a cutie! Sorry your stitching hasn't been going well. Hope your carpal tunnel feels better soon.

Too funny about your boss :-).

I am so happy to see new pictures of Erin. She is growing so fast, and is even more beautiful than before. I know you don't get much stitching time, but a picture of her each week would really make the whole lot of us smile. She's so beautiful.
